Documentation matters
Computer Data Shred is a trading website for services provided by XRecycling Ltd. These documents help customers check the registrations and management system certificates relevant to IT recycling and data destruction. The scope and validity of each registration should be checked against its issuer when arranging work.
Management system certificates
- ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificate (PDF) — certificate 391862022, covering the provision of IT recycling and data destruction services; shown as expiring 19 April 2029.
- ISO 27001:2022 certificate (PDF) — certificate 475862025, with the same stated service scope; shown as expiring 6 March 2029.
Waste registrations
- S2 waste exemption registration (PDF) — WEX475380, for storing waste in a secure place at the registered Leicester site; shown as expiring 12 October 2028. This registration is an exemption, not a permit.
- T11 exemption registration letter (PDF) — EXP/TS3195UQ, for repair or refurbishment of waste electrical and electronic equipment at the specified Leicester site; shown as valid until 2 May 2029, subject to its conditions.
- Upper tier waste carrier and dealer registration (PDF) — CBDU457512; shown as expiring 26 October 2028 unless revoked.
Data protection registration
XRecycling Ltd's Information Commissioner's Office registration reference is ZB386214. The registration has been renewed through 2027. A refreshed certificate or current register entry should be used when checking its latest expiry date.
